Will I pay the exchange and return shipping costs?
If you meet the necessary return conditions, you can send it to us via "Yurtiçi Kargo" with the exchange and return code you received from our Customer Representative, with buyer payment. Shipments with counterpayment made by other cargo companies are not accepted.
Are there any interruptions in return transactions?
For orders purchased with cash on delivery, the "Payment on Delivery Fee" cannot be refunded as the cargo company collects the card/cash payment at the door as a service fee.
