We request that you pack the product you want to return in its original box or packaging, together with the accompanying documents and all accessories, in a way that is as durable and resistant to damage as possible. To prevent damage to the box, you must wrap it in packaging and deliver it to Yurtiçi Kargo. You can return the product or products you purchased to us for a "refund" within 14 days and for an "exchange" within 30 days from the date of receipt, in a condition that meets the above conditions and in an unused condition.

*How do I return my order?

To initiate the return and exchange process, you can first notify Tezcan Shoes Customer Services via Whatsapp or by calling 0533 962 9431 about your exchange or return request. You must deliver it to Yurtiçi Kargo with the code given by our company, with buyer payment. Returns and exchanges of products damaged during the shipping process cannot be accepted. The package is the customer's responsibility until it reaches us. To benefit from this service, you must comply with the conditions described above.

Shipments with counterpayment made by other cargo companies are not accepted.

After the product reaches our center, it is replaced with the product requested by the customer within 7 business days at the latest.

In return requests, if the product was purchased via money order or cash on delivery, the customer must submit the money transfer information to Tezcan Shoes Customer Services for a refund.

For orders purchased with cash on delivery, the "Payment on Delivery Fee" cannot be refunded as the cargo company collects the card/cash payment at the door as a service fee.

If the customer returns the product or withdraws from his purchase, the product price will be refunded within 5 (FIVE) business days at the latest from the moment the returned product reaches our factory. After our company completes the return process; The product return fee to the credit card can be made by your bank within 1-4 weeks.

The seller will not take the product back and will not refund the price if any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing or use is detected in the product and its packaging.

Refunds of payments made by money order or credit card will be made within 5 business days. Your bank may reflect the refund on your credit card account on the same day.
